Kingston
ASBIS Group, a leading supplier of computer components to the EMEA emerging markets, received the award for outstanding business results in the year 2005 from Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the world’s independent memory leader.
Kingston awarded ASBIS with a crystal plaque for outstanding achievements in distribution of Kingston DRAM and Digital Media products in EMEA. The award was presented to ASBIS managers during Cebit 2006 show in Hannover, Germany.
ASBIS has been a leading distributor of Kingston products in the EMEA territories since 1999. Significant year on year growth and expansion to new countries were constant features of the successful cooperation between Kingston and ASBIS.
Today ASBIS distributes Kingston’s branded memory and flash products in 15 countries throughout the regions of Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union. Over the last several years ASBIS has been focusing on the development of Kingston Digital Media product range in addition to Kingston DRAM modules.
The year 2005 became a significant milestone in ASBIS-Kingston co-operation when revenue more than doubled year-on-year compared to 2004.
